This particular guided meditation will utilize specific visual cues that will engage your imagination and ultimately, help you feel relaxed.
Sensory Stroll to the Kitchen Garden and back, led by Louise Smith
1.30pm Meet outside the Visitors Centre
Join us for a sensory stroll to the Kitchen Garden, a quiet and reflective experience to connect with nature. We will be pausing along the way to use all of our senses to notice the small wonders of the natural world that we might normally miss. This activity is suitable for the whole family; our route is flat and level so it is buggy and wheelchair-friendly.
