Hosted by Happy Healthy with Natalie Children are invited to come and play and learn through yoga, craft, games and story this October half-term. We'll use fun and innovative yoga 'exercises', songs and story to enlighten young minds with the magic of yoga, meditation and mindfulness.
In this workshop children will learn the 'Sunshine Stretch' and the verse to go with it. We'll also explore positive affirmations and play games such as the Shanti Game, Yogi Says and Musical Mats. Children will have the opportunity to colour or craft too.
Cost: £10 per child or £17 for child and sibling - to be booked and paid in advance. Non-refundable. Maximum of 10 spaces available.
Who's it for: Children aged 5-10ish, but other ages may be considered.

Please note that parents and carers will be required to stay in the adjoining Cedar room, where you will be able to watch the session and / or attend to your children if needed.
About: Natalie is a mum of three, wife, yogi, blogger and self-professed health and happiness ambassador. Her passion is inspiring others to meet their health, happiness and fitness goals, through yoga, meditation, mindfulness and living well. Natalie is imaginative, creative and energetic and tailors classes to meet the individual needs of students. She is also compassionate and understanding and draws upon her life's challenges and experiences to provide you with a personal, empathic service during classes and private sessions. She is understanding and has experience of the stresses of modern living and can help you achieve a health and happiness balance in your life. Natalie is a 200 hour qualified Hatha Yoga teacher, Children's Yoga teacher, Pilates & Barre Instructor and Pre & Post Natalie Yoga teacher.
